Account Hacked

Today I saw an email that said an email had been added to my paypal account.

When I then went to access my paypal account they said there was no such account.

In the email there was an unknown email address that was added to my paypal account and I have tried contacting paypal but there is no answer.

Can anyone help please.

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some unrecognized activity on your account. Normally you can report unauthorized activity through our Resolution Center in your account. However, I understand you're unable to login to your account. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
