Can anyone please advise me what to do next. Someone has used my Wayfair account and made an order and used my paypal to pay for it. I've messaged Paypal and this seems to be the only way of contact! I then received a brief message back to say they do not believe this to be unauthorised! Wayfair have said that if the items have been delivered then it's Paypal who have to refund me. What do I do? Is there anyone at Paypal I can speak to? Please help. I've changed all my passwords aswell.
