Hello everyone, my wifes account has been hacked. She can not access the account because they change the primary email address and they removed her. Now she recieved a payment from Airbnb to the same account that she doesn't have access to, what can we do to stop that transaction ?

I apologize for the delay in responding to you. Please ask your wife to contact the Customer Support team by phone. The number is available on the PayPal website by clicking "Help" at the bottom of the PayPal page, "Call Us"-> "Continue as a Guest".
