So I finally get my back unemployment, I owed 5k in back rent, I try to withdraw as much as possible, even try to PayPal it to my landlord, it's all rejected, refund, and now my account is deleted with 5600 dollars being held for 180 days. What can I do, I waited forever for this money, and now I'm even worse off. I only tried to withdraw my own funds to pay my bills
