My account got blocked after I got into a refund dispute on eBay, which I lost, and it says that I need to provide a purchase receipt from my supplier... I was selling my old Legos? So I don't have any receipts. Also I have a -2.99 balance that I cannot seem to resolve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
