I apologies for my bad english.
December 21 I recived an Email informing me that my account was blocked due to "violations". I called PayPal CallCenter and they told me that block was unusual and they opened a ticket for me. This ticket was later refused and i can't start another one. I asked her if she could tell me why i was blocked but she could not help me.
99% of my operations are me buying games and stuff from major websites and also some refounds from wish by theyr "1 dollar auction". I got money from selling a video game account only one time and it was two or three years ago.
I really would like to understand why i was blocked since i do nothing wrong.

someone may help me to figure out what happened? I don't actually need PayPal but...
