I have been dealing with an account alert for over a month. I've sent everything they asked for, and there is a clock symbol next to it. I've sent messages, I've sent what they've asked for, and my online store has been shut down for a month now because of it. This is costing me money, and I can't find any way of actually getting in touch with someone at Paypal to fix it. Can anyone help me out with a suggestion? It seems they just don't care about fixing my account or my business. If I can't get this fixed I'm going to have to find another way to do my entire store online processing.
