I got an Account alert today and resolved it quickly, It says I have completed all the steps but on my main page it still shows the ALERT and is not going away, I have filled in all account info missing and it states "Thanks for providing your info" When I click to try it again.
You can't send or transfer.
Some of your account information is missing, so you can't send or transfer money right now. If we haven't received the information by 8 Jan 2021, you won't be able to receive money either.
