So i have my tax return in my paypal account and my account got locked because unusual activity?! I called the call center the one in the US and th one out of the country both lines end with a recorded message saying "due to COVID-19 our call center is closed" does any one have any suggestions or thoughts about the next step i should take to regain access to my account?
