Accidently created 4 unauthorized charges against a merchant who delivered the digital product. Was told he was charged back 80 dollars in fee's so far...
Don't know what I should do. The current situation is escalated to the actual bank rather than with the seller.
For <removed> if this is of aid:
All of the charges are to the same merchant, Accelerated Evolution - I purchased digital classes and completed the online course. I received a message from AE saying for each Case ID they had been getting charged a 20 dollar chargeback fee... This was an accident on my part and now I have frozen $333.65 USD from a reputable merchant while back-stabbing them with another $80.00 dollars in Chargebacks.
- What happens if the bank ruled in my favor? I would then owe $413.65 + what I assume could be far more for damages to the company from my accidental claim.
Case ID: PP-D-11608121 $55.00 USD
Case ID: PP-D-11602708 $102.17 USD
Case ID: PP-D-11601255 $77.48 USD
Case ID: PP-D-11601134 $99.00 USD
