Accidently Selected Wrong Dispute Reason. What now?

I accidently selected the wrong dispute reason and now I can't go through a refund dispute because that first one had already been closed. Anyone know how long until I can file my correct dispute reason for the same person that scammed me? My accidental dispute reason I picked was from rushing through it out of frustration from this scammer refusing to refund me because he didn't ship me the item i bought, and now that he knows PayPal closed the dispute. He gone ghost and hasn't replied. This person scammed me out of $650, any help an advice on how to handle this will be greatly appreciated.
