Hello! So today I sent some money to a relative through facebook messenger using paypal (which I have done before). A few hours later I got an automated text from paypal saying it was suspicious and asked me to say yes if this transaction was authorized and no if it was not. Well, I said no thinking "no this is not fraud" and could not stop it from sending after I realized what I did. Now there is an open case and a dispute and I am just wanting to cancel it or tell someone this was a mistake on my end and that I did authorize that transaction. What can I do? Thank you.

Locate the dispute and close it if it lets you. Or contact customer service.
Click "Help" at the top menu, then scroll down and click "Contact Us" and then select the phone option.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
