A customer returned some items that he had bought from us. We received them but, because we were slow issuing a refund, the customer raised a case on Paypal. We then tried to issue a refund on Shopify but couldn't because the payment was now on hold. We resolved the case by offering a refund on Paypal. The customer accepted the refund but, as a result, he got two refunds. I've tried to use the resolution centre to raise a query but it fails when I select one of the 2 refund transactions. How do I get the second refund payment back?
