Accidentally opened a dispute on a few transactions and money is missing.

So the dispute got declined and 3 of the 4 transactions went back to the person i sent it to. One of them has not gone back.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent dispute. You should see the option to cancel the dispute in the Case Details in the Resolution Center. If you don't see that option to close that dispute, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support for assistance.

 

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
