Accidentally created a dispute over the phone, how do I close it?

I accidentally created a dispute over the phone while trying to solve another dispute. I want to cancel it because the person I opened a dispute with is getting **bleep** over right now, there is not a resolve dispute button or whatever anywhere. It says something about "unauthorized access" when I look at it and I can't do anything with it, please help
