Why my account was temporary limited.After a review, we've decided to permanently limited your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.
Looks as though its permanently limited, sadly paypal don't give reasons they just tell you that you have violated their policies in some ways and they no longer want your business.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
