About resolving the limit on my account access

Hi everyone,

I try to resolve my account access limitation. I uploaded my document, and I click on proof of my address. However, the paypal system still says that I need to take action on my account, and the limitation continues. 

Thus, what shall I do now to resolve the limitation to my access on my account?
