About account limitations.

Hello Sir,

I got a message from Paypal and it shows-

"You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money."

Now I want to know why the limitation was placed and how it can be removed. Please reply with your valuable answer.

Thank You,

Enamul <removed>

Hi @ehsajal11

I am sorry to know what happened to your PayPal account. There can be several reasons why a PayPal account may have limitations.

You will need to resolve any issues with your account before a limitation can be removed. Normally, this is done after you provide PayPal with the requested information through the Resolution Center. Shared below is a PayPal help article for your reference:

https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-remove-a-limitation-from-my-account-faq2189

However, if PayPal has reasons to keep an account limited, they may permanently limit the account and keep them from offering you further service. This information is available in the PayPal User Agreement

I hope this information helps.

Sriraj
