Good Morning to all ! I have a question about one purchase On 19of December I decided to take a Christmas present, but it’s hasn’t arrived yet. I’m contact with the seller and he swear me that he send it , but he hasn’t got tracking number. And so from December until now he keeps lying to me and I still don't have a Christmas present..... I will be grateful if someone helps me The amount is 125£ if if it matters Thanks a lot and have a great day!

I am sorry to know about what has happened. If you purchased something and would like a refund because you haven't received it, or it's not as described, you can file a dispute in our Resolution Center to start the process of getting your money back. You have 180 days from the transaction date to initiate a dispute. Please check this article to know more information.
