Hello PayPal community - please help! My PayPal debit card was stolen, I have unauthorized charges, and am unable to report my card as stolen due to the stupid and COMPLETELY useless directions in the "help" section. I am advised to go to summary page, settings, then click on "cash card" but this is not an available option (I have followed directions for both app and website- they are very similar and both equally USELESS). I tried calling but their offices are closed, and somehow the trash who stole my card continues to somehow make purchases even though they have overdrawn my account! Please advise!
