I bought an item from Facebook using paypal . The item arrived and it was not what was advertised. Seller made an offer of $10 refund on an item costing $49.99 which paypal without asking me accepted. No w I can not escalate the dispute to a claim or refuse the sellers offer. I can not find paypals address because I will post the junk to them and they can dfo what they like with it as it is only fit for the garbage can
