So my account has been restricted because of another account from ages ago. In that account someone has paid me money for an item, i have then shipped the item. And then the person has reversed the transaction saying the payment wasn't authorised. Which mean somehow now that account is in minus figures as it says Paypal are reviewing the dispute however i have not said anything about the dispute yet has i didnt see it. The guys obviously trying to get out of paying but ive already shipped the package????????????????? Why is this affecting my other account as well
