ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS

I've updated all the necessary updates that are needed. And it says that there is nothing needed to be updated anymore. However, my account is still on hold. Please help me on this. I've been trying to reach out to PayPal through livechat since April 12, 2021, but it takes so much time for them to look into this. No one reaches out to me for the solution for weeks now.

This just happened to me as well. The more I read and research others who have had this issue, even after uploading all the documents PayPal wants and even after jumping through all the hoops, the more I found people who were still forced to wait some six months before PayPal legally had to give the money back after the time for refunds or disputes closed out. I've been locked out of my funds for a week now, and based on all the experiences people have talked about in the Community, it seems I'm in for a long wait with no way to access my money, potentially months longer than the promised "3-5 business days" they told me I'd have to wait after providing all the information they asked for. This is unacceptable, but so far I haven't found one single person who had their account limitations lifted in a reasonable time frame, let alone the time frame they promised.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
