I unknowingly violated the Rules and Regulations and now my account is Limited. I can't withdraw funds for 180 days, but I need to pay rent and bills!
I get payed through paypal, Im desperate here! I don't make alot of money, surely there is a solution to this. You can ban me forever, but I need funds now! I've tried contacting Paypal on Twitter and Facebook.
