ACCOUNT LIMITATION

My account is limited, and to resolve it, I was asked for a few details, security code was asked as well. All other information has been processed except for the security code, which still hasn't been processed; it's already over a week, and I cannot make any further transactions. The account is Indian

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
