HI GUYS,  I have opened an account in my company's name in Australia, and I had remitted some funds from my personal account  to this new account but I could proof the identify and therefore my account has been put "on hold".  The funds have been remitted and I could not utilize this funds because I could not identify the name, what can I do to get this settled?  Change the name into my personal name? Can I have 2 accounts? I have spoken to the call center and communicated with the help center for the past 2 weeks, but I could not resolve the issue, and I have to use the funds to pay salaries....absolutely frustrating.

PayPal won't let you change account holder name like that. You'll need to send in documents that prove the company's identity if both the account holder and company name is under your business's name.

See the section, "Business Entity Verification":

Each user can have 1 personal account and 1 business account.

Are you going to the Resolution Center to provide proof of identity?
