Hi, I would like to ask for help. You see, a month ago, I received an Email regarding the confirmation of my account, and i complied with it right away and sent the documents they required, however, there was no update eversince. Today, I receieved an e-mail saying that my account is limited. What do I do? Please help because tomorrow is my payday and I need to be able to withdraw my money. Thank you so much!

This doesn't exactly apply to me, but my account was locked back in June with a substantial amount of money in my balance. Was told I'd be able to withdraw the money after 180 days, and they'll send me information on how to do so. This morning I finally received that email, but after logging in to follow instructions, my balance reads "0.00" My last transaction shows that PayPal took my money for damages to their user agreement policy. Not sure what this means, but I don't think they can just take my money like that. I'd contact them directly. In my opinion, PayPal sucks big time.

Hi, yes, I want to know if you have like an Email or something that I can actually contact them with? I am not from US you see 😞 So I can't call their US hotline 😞

They have several email addresses to help with different topics. The only way you'd probably be able to contact them directly is by phone. [Removed. Phone #s not permitted](US) They open in 5 minutes. You should be able to Google an international phone number.

I had an issue where they claimed my remaining balance. Any insight on this you could help me with? Was a pretty substantial amount of money.
