I AM LOCATED IN SOUTH AFRICA, I LINKED MY BANK CARDS AND MY BANK ACCOUNT TO MY PAYPAL EMAIL.NOW I GET A MESSAGE SAYING ITS TEMPORARLY LIMITED, I HAVE UPLOADED MY NATIONAL ID,AND PROOF OF ADDRESS,PLEASE CAN MY LIMITATION BE TAKEN OFF
