it says I have an account issue and need to provide a document with my address on it but the only options it gives for documents with your correct address on to submit are drivers license and utility bill and my drivers license has my old address and my utility bills are not in my name they are in my roommates. I cannot find a single phone number to call for customer service either..

Write a letter explaining, convert it to pdf and upload it to the Resolution Center OR Click "Help" at the top menu, then scroll down and click "Contact Us" and then select the phone option.
