ACCOUNT IS LIMITED

Hi,

Recently, Paypal asks me to provide my photo ID and bank card, I did both on several weeks ago.

But then my account is still limited and it said I need to provide information (the alert shows on the right screen), when I click in "Provide Information" it will be like this, as the picture below, as there is nothing for me to provide?

Do u guys know how to solve it?

Please contact customer service to follow up and see if you can file a support ticket on the limitation to the back office:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
