In general, if your account has been limited, you may not be able to transfer your funds until the limitation has been resolved. Once you provide all requested information, the relevant team will review the matter as soon as possible. Make sure that all steps in your Resolution Centre have been completed. Otherwise, the matter won't be reviewed, unfortunately. If you can't complete all the steps, draft a document where you explain why you can't provide the requested information, and upload it to your Resolution Centre.
