ACCOUNT CLOSING BUT I NEED TO DISPUTE AN ITEM

Hello, I ordered something using PayPal and during the time it was being sent, PayPal decided to close my account. However, the item has arrived and it isn’t authentic, I paid £412 for this item and I’m worried I’m going to lose my money. I don’t want to lose my money or wait 190 days for paypalnto release it, what can I do? It’s so close to Christmas and that is ALOT of money to be lost
