I have been asked to provide a purchase receipt from my supplier which is no more than 6 months old. I am selling clothes which I have had for years so no longer have receipts plus they fall outside your time frame. Any ideas on how I can proceed?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately Paypal have not responded to my messages via text or email. I submitted the docs I thought they requited and received confirmation my account limitation had been lifted. Next I was advised that my account was limited plus one of the questions again plus some new ones so have resupplied the document plus the new details requested and again requested help.

Finally managed to speak to a person at Paypal and had the access limitation lifted. Thanks for your help.
