Last 2 months I have been experiencing some weird stuff in Pay Pal. Every time I use it, I have a 'limitation' suddenly on my Account. I have been asked to put money into account of paypal before I can transact, then it does not work.
Today I accessed paypal and my user name was not reconized and it stated its " is being used?'
secondly I suddenly have limitations on my account. I am asked by put in cash first then it does not work.
i think PAYPAL has been hacked by an insider. is there a malwear protection ?
I am confused, this is happening all the time now so this account is compromised.
