Hi,
I have a temporary limitation applied to my account not sure why or how to remove it. All I did was transfer £30 from my bank account to my paypal account. I have supplied my passport and bank statement but now I have two additional options to resolve, confirm identity and Provide purchase receipt from your supplier. I've already supplied my passport what more ID could they want and I haven't purchased anything yet or sold anything at all so how can I provide a receipt.
Any ideas?
