I had bought an item to find it was being shipped to an address I don’t own. As I tried canceling it the seller denied this 3 times then shipped the item. I’m out 247 dollars. And I’ll never get the item. And have to wait a week to dispute through eBay the refund system. The issue though is that the seller wouldn’t cancel the item at all. And the contact I did make shows and proves they don’t know what they are doing. I asked them to cancel and they said how do I do that as to say I don’t know how. And they don’t care that I’m never getting my purchase either. Whoever they sent it to I don’t know. That also is an issue. Why did the seller send my purchase to what seems to be a random address. This is not fun tying that much money up.
