After three business days, received another email from Paypal " A refund by ******** was not processed successfully", contacted seller again,
seller states i cant do anything i dont know why refund was cancelled (Seller not is not helping ).
Seller states , contact Paypal to solve this issue , i have disputed that missing refund or payment.

If you disputed, then you'll need to go through the dispute process. Escalate within 20 days from date of dispute to get PayPal to step in.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

i had no other option beside dispute and Escalate button not showing at the moment, currently shows that waiting for seller's response. I dont have the option to Escalate to Paypal. Any idea how to Escalate to Paypal or when i can do it ?
