There is a person raising a case inside the Paypal ... and claims not to complete the sale between me and him .. But he is a liar and I have sold the sale between me and him .. I have a screen shot for transactions between me and him ... I want to drop this case from the account to retrieve money
What kind of case did the other person raise? An Unauthorized Transaction? PayPal will investigate if the case was escalated to a claim to see if the other person authorized it (aka sent from their device/account) and will make a decision so you will have to wait. No one here can decide on the case or have access to your account.
