My account 5th third bank has somehow been hacked. I haven't anything that cost $252 from ebays merchant california.

$19.99 and $19.98 was taken out of my bank account for this address in the subject line. What is Paypal doing about these hacks? I can NOT afford to have even just $40.00 to go missing from my account.

Never use my PayPal account and yet a random charge for $39.90 shows up on my bank account. PayPal says there is no charge. My bank says there is! Now I have to freeze my card and my account and get a new card. Then file for an investigation to be done. And maybe get my money back sometime this decade. Absolutely ridiculous!!
