A group issue with one particular seller

On a public forum a woman has advertised good quality mystery boxes priced between 75-100 each. Each advertised listing has the brands, condition, and sizes that are available. Several people have purchased the boxes and have received none of the brands, sizes, or quality she advertised. However each person loses the PayPal dispute due to the nomenclature of the product as a "mystery box" Is there a group process that we can do to stop this happening and possibly recoup or money? She's basically scamming people and advertising quality goods and sending absolute crap.
