A customer opened a case for charges to be reversed and won the case although he received his item!

This client had originally opened a case with Paypal due to the delay even though I had shown him that his purchase has shipped and that it was simply slow arriving and although I defended myself in Paypal's Resolution Center. He said that he would drop the case as soon as the piece arrived - which the client in an email, which I have, then announced some days later that indeed the piece arrived safely and he was satisfied. Despite the happy ending, he never went to Paypal to drop the case and he ended up winning the dispute. So he now has his lovely artwork for free! Where we come from that's called stealing. I have his email announcing the piece's arrival and expressing his satisfaction. I wrote to him personally and he will not respond. What can I do in such a case?
