A company charged me $140 without me asking.
I used their service a long time ago for free, and they asked me for my paypal account to get me a trial.
They charged me twice for $70 and it's obvious that it's either or scam or a mistake on their end.
I opened a case for "unauthorized transaction" and paypal denied it.
Now I can't open another case.
I tried to submit the contact form of the company that chraged me, but the contact form did not work.
I emailed them, and they did not answer yet
What would you recommend me to do? Is there a way to get a human being reviewing my problem on paypal?

It's not a mistake on seller's end. Such services have subscription/billing agreements you signed up for.
Check your automatic payment settings to cancel/invalidate any agreement:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.
You'll need to contact the seller to tell them you no longer wanted the service request a refund.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
