I need some help please, someone has opened a case against me over something purchased in February. Since February I have received no emails telling me it was faulty. Where do I stand please. If I purchased something I would not leave it over three months to claim. Am I wrong..?

please help, I’m getting stressed.

Paypal allows the buyer 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt or not as described, the same time frame 'most' card companies give customers.

If and only if paypal find in favour of the buyer then they would have to return the item back to you trackable to prove delivery at their own expense before you have to refund............all you can do is wait and see what paypal decides.
