I sold an Iphone to buyer and we completed that transaction successfully. He had difficulty getting the phone unlocked so I agreed to take it back. All was going very well. After a day or so he asked could I release his payment from Paypal, which I did. Guess what? He has never returned my phone despite frequent messages from me about it. I can't find any place on the Paypal site to report this specific type of problem. Any ideas?
You won't be able to report it, you should NEVER refund until you have your item back.
Surprise!! I did not give up on making the person return my phone and it finally came back to me yesterday. It pays to persevere (even tho it took major efforts to get any help from eBay and I never got any from PayPal. So much for all the promises they make to users.
