$635 stuck in paypal

i have $635 stuck in paypal account and there is no one to communicate, no reponse on toll free number as well. submitted all possible documents but still my account is paused. i need my money. transfer it to my account and close paypal account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

I did that many times but no use. customer service never answer the calls, neither i get reply on emails. its diwali time and i need that money.
