May 2020 purchase. Wrong item (covid maks instead of compost tumbler). June 2nd one sent and no delivery. Seller responded in July to PP. Sept extension date given for seller reply and resolution. Oct extension again given for seller reply and resolution, Now Nov extension given for seller response and resolution. 5 months since purchase. 3 months of seller response waiting. How many more resolution dates will be given? Calling resolves nothing.
Sadly paypal are inundated with claims from buyers that bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads.
So that on top of covid means all claims are delayed.
But as long as yours is open you have a chance of a refund.
Appeal was made to examine the other half of my submissions to show that the seller was not completely honest with his delivery submission. Further searches shows that the company has an extensive history of the same dealings with many customers. Grateful for PayPal's follow up for my case.
