I open a case on a Ebay vendor who took my money but relisted the item the very next day. So after 2 weeks of no movement with Ebay I took my complaint to PayPal to open a case. Where I thought it would be over quick since the vendor said in his Email exactly what he did. But PayPal has now put me on this 5 day loop of endless repeat 5 day investigations waiting for vendor reply. This will be my 4th loop with no movement in the case. Whats going on???? Should I just call my bank at this point?
