I have this transaction id from PayPal 4K272207N76908716 it was made on 18 July and i was bought a steering rack for my car and this part it doesn't work properly,i decide to make a refund from the seller who i sent him a lot of messages and he didn't answer me and i can't find this transaction on my PayPal account, what am I going to do now? best regards
