4 days & haven't heard back on ID documents

My Account is on hold "Your account access is temporarily limited" & I uploaded the ID documents to resolve this on Sunday. It's Thursday & I still haven't heard back.

 
What's up with this - most other companies would resolve this within a matter of hours?
 
How do i check that PayPal are actually on top of this issue and resolving it.
