Hi, can somebody help? Why am I not receiving any response from Paypal it's almost 3 weeks now. They said it will take 2-3 days only. I submitted all the required documents but no feedback yet. I'm trying to reach them but there's no other way but here. Does it really have to take this long? Thanks
Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
